Brookside Parents and Students,
My name is James Patrizi and I am
the Assistant Principal at Brookside High School. For the past two years, I
served as the Assistant Principal at Brookside Middle School. I am excited for
the opportunity to work in the High School and I am looking forward to a
successful 2018-2019 school year.
I am a graduate of John Carroll
University, Kent State University, and The University of Akron and have spent
eighteen and a half years working in education. I began my teaching career as a
high and middle school Computer teacher in the Richmond Heights Local Schools.
From there I spent eight years in the Chagrin Falls Exempted Village Schools
working as a Business and Computer teacher in both the high and middle schools,
as well as serving as the Assistant Athletic Director for a year and coaching
six years. A move to the West Side of Cleveland also came with a change in
schools as I spent eight years at Westlake High School as a Business and
Computer teacher; serving as the Department Co-Chairperson my final year and
coaching four years. I am excited to work with the Brookside High School
community on continuing the strong work ethics and passions that exemplify the
Sheffield-Sheffield Lake City School District.
Communication and a strong
relationship between staff, parents, and the community are keys to success in
working with our students. Please feel free to reach out anytime with any
questions and concerns.
