Instructions for viewing our podcasts...

1. On the player above, double-click on the name of the podcast that you would like to watch.

2. Be patient, the podcast will take a minute to load.

3. The smoothness of the video will depend upon the speed of your internet connection.  The video may start and stop at times.  Once you watch a podcast through to the finish, you can play it again and it should look much smoother.

If You would like to subscribe to our Podcasts...

1. If you have Itunes, you can subscribe to our podcasts (which will automatically download them to your computer when we post new episodes) by clicking the Subscribe to Itunes link on the player.  Itunes is a free program and can be downloaded here.
