Please note your child needs to be 5 on or before August 1, 2025

Summer Registration Instructions

To enroll your child into Kindergarten, please follow the steps below to start the registration process:

Step 1:  Click here to read the Registration Instructions. 

Step 2:  Click here to complete the Registration Form.

Step 3:  Email the completed Registration Form to marra@sheffieldschools.org (District Registrar) and copy tglass@sheffieldschools.org (Forestlawn ELC Secretary).

Step 4:  Click here to see what is needed for your in-person appointment. 

Step 5: Call the Board of Education 440-949-6181 (option 1 BOE, option 1 - General Information) to schedule your in-person appointment.

If you own or rent your own home... you can STOP here! 

If you live with someone, please continue to Step 6.

Step 6:  Click here to print the Shared Residency form that needs to be notarized when you come to your appointment.
