Brookside will be holding Plato Summer School which is online at Brookside High School with a teacher. EDUCERE is a Virtual Summer School program for students who need to make up failed courses.   Students must get prior approval from their school counselor.  Students must register before June 23, 2021. All classes must be done by August 13, 2021.  To register for EDUCERE, click HERE and then click on the proper course title, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Parents or students can contact Educere's Personal Learning Coach at 1-866-433-8237.  Cost for 1 full credit is $99.50.

The College Board now rewards students for the effort they put in on their journey to college.  The College Board Opportunity Scholarships is a new program that guides students through the college planning process and offers them a chance to earn scholarships for each action they complete, including practicing for the SAT and building a college list.  Completing each step earns them a chance for a scholarship; completing all six actions earns them a chance to win $40,000 for their college education.
