- Child's name
- Date of Birth
- Address
- Phone number
Your child needs to be 3 on or before August 1, 2023, and toilet trained to attend our program.
Our preschool program is tuition based: $1,500/year and can be paid monthly in the amount of $150/month.
We are not accepting open enrollment for non-residents for Preschool for the 2023/2024 school year.
